MaxPlay
(2nd, 3rd, & 4th Grade Athletes)
Introductory platform for our youngest up-and-coming athletes.
Kids in this age group shouldn’t be playing the indoor version of an outdoor sport or specializing early; they should be playing and having fun. Our MaxPlay program is the best option for an after school activity.
The MaxPlay program is a perfect way to get introduced into our gym. Designed for the active and rambunctious 8-10-year-olds in your family; this play-based group focused on allowing the kids to learn and explore movement in age-appropriate physical activities: obstacle courses, hanging, jumping, spinning, rocking, and rolling!
The next step in the Journey of a MaxWay athlete is our MaxLift Program. The MaxLift Program is a 12 week program broken down by age groups: 5/6th, 7/8th, and High School. These groups will include a sports performance facet and hit all of the major big rocks like: speed development, injury resiliency, strength, power and conditioning. The MaxLift programs will be a great starting spot for any new lifter as they begin their MaxWay journey; whether they are a team sport athlete or just want to get started strength training.

MaxLift
(5th & 6th Grade Athletes)
Teaching the foundations of strength and conditioning.
Kids in this age group tend to be getting into sports more seriously and start to become curious and motivated to workout. This is awesome! 11 and 12 year olds are in the perfect age to start to learn and incorporate a strength and conditioning training program.
With our long term athletic development mindset in the forefront, this group focuses on learning how to control their body, increase mobility and flexibility, and building foundational patterns like squatting, hinging, pulling, pushing and sprinting.
MaxLift
(7th & 8th Grade Athletes)
Building on the foundation.
Athletes in this age group may be realizing they are enjoying or more successful in one sport more than others; and that’s all good. However, it doesn’t mean that they should be participating all year round in only that sport. Keeping a long term athletic development mindset, this group focuses on building strength and resiliency on the patterns that they’ve built. This group will focus on single leg strength training and landing mechanics to try and reduce the likelihood of knee injuries. A well rounded strength training program is one of the best ways to stay ahead of overuse injuries.
These 7/8th graders will start to learn more progressive strength training and power development movements such as the hang clean, and deadlifts. They will follow and meet our strength and movement standards to level up their lifts.
MaxLift High School
(9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th Grade Athletes)
Bringing it to the next level.
Younger high school athletes who are gifted from a technical aspect of their sport may be playing at a higher level than expected in their first or second year of high school. There typically is a big difference between a high school senior and a high school freshman in terms of size, speed, and strength.
The best way to keep your high school athlete strong and confident is to have them in a well rounded strength training program. The MaxLift High School program will help to keep your athlete leveling up and performing at their best when it counts.
The MaxLift program is also a great way to introduce strength training and a fitness habit into your high schoolers routine. Non team sport kids will have a great experience building strength, confidence and self-esteem through this MaxLift training program.
For those athletes and parents who are hoping to have a more unique and personalized experience, the MAXED Athlete Program is what you’re looking for.
MAXED Athlete Program
(8th Grade & Up)
Take your training to the MAX!
This program will be a full service program; where your athlete will have monthly scheduled coaching and mentorship calls. These in person meetings will allow for one of MaxWay’s senior level coaches to connect and mentor your athlete. These coaching calls could cover things like nutrition, sleep habits, team sport advice, weekly outlines and routines, college recruiting and prep school process help, and self-esteem boosting conversations and mentorship.
The MAXED Athlete program will have a 9 month expectation and we will program out the entire year. The year would be broken down into specific months (heaving sport competition season, off season, pre season, etc) down to weeks and daily outlines to account for practices, games, lifting, schoolwork, and plans to help dominate each day. In addition to the monthly coaching calls, nutritional coaching and mentorship; the MAXED Program will still have flexible scheduling options and individualized training programs that tie into their 9-12 month plan.
