MaxWay provides individualized training programs with proven systems and implementation to ensure our clients learn safely and effectively.   With a  small group personal training format, we keep a small ratio of 5:1 to ensure that each client receives the coaching attention they deserve.  Starting with a movement assessment and goal setting session, we then write programs individually for each client with their goals, history, and abilities in mind.   With youth, adult, and family memberships, MaxWay has all the options you need to keep your entire family fit and active!

You send your kid to school and it has the most beautiful library full of all the 📚 and resources they would need to learn anything and everything they needed to achieve their goals.... but there's one catch... there are no teachers at the school to guide, teach, and nurture the growth of your kid...

I think most parents would agree that scenario is not the best chance for your child to learn and grow as not only a student but also as a human.

College Holiday breaks tend to be a great time to catch up with our local athletes who are away at school, but it’s also a chance for us to host some teammates.

This time @emmeline13 brought the International Squad! @nicollemartinezz was back around after quick visit this summer, and we were lucky enough to host @lauren__carey and @christina_bourmpou who came in for a couple of days of training.

Pretty cool to have the National rowing teams (and an Olympian) represented for Paraguay, Greece, and England.

It may have been surprisingly warm enough to have the doors open last week- but damn did it get dark FAST!

Everyone and their mother wants to curl up and go to bed at 5:30pm this time of year (if you live in New England at least) and hit snooze after snooze. and it's so easy to give into that feeling of shutting down and giving in...

But then the dark winter wins, and it will win over and over again until you decide when enough is enough!

Do the hard things; get up earlier and hit the gym before work when its cold and dark.. or come in after work when its still cold and dark. The decisions won't get any easier; you'll just get better at doing hard things you don't want to do.

Newsflash, people, that's life. It's a series of making decisions and taking action on things that you probably don't want to do.. but you have to... so you need to decide if you are going to be in control of your life or if you are going to let outside factors control you.

The only things in life we can control is our: EFFORT, ATTITUDE, and our REACTIONS.

So put in the effort, have a positive attitude, and don't lose control of your reactions.
