Coach Hannah started skiing before she was 2, then changed to snowboarding when she was 5.

Coach Hannah is originally from Avon, Colorado. Growing up, she played Volleyball, Hockey, and Golf. After high school, she went to the University of Maine to get her Bachelors in Kinesiology. After she graduated, she went and pursued her master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. Coach Hannah interned at the University of Maine working with Men’s Ice Hockey, Football, Women’s Soccer, and Field Hockey. While in grad school, Coach Hannah was a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Saint Anselm College working with a handful of different sports. From there, she spent 3.5 years as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of New Hampshire, before making her way to MaxWay Performance.
Coach Hannah wants to be the coach that she wish she had growing up. She wants to make an impact on people’s lives and athletic careers. Coach Hannah knows the weightroom can be a very intimidating place to enter, and her goal is to make it feel very welcoming, where everyone can come in and better themselves any day.
When she is not coaching you can find her traveling, hiking, snowboarding, watching/playing hockey, hanging out with her friends etc. One of Coach Hannah's biggest goals is to see all the wonders of the world.
