Rob joined the MaxWay family in August of 2022. Along with his coaching duties, Rob is the General Manager of MaxWay and writes all the athlete programs.
Rob is originally from Reading, MA and is a graduate of The Governor’s Academy and The University of New Hampshire. At UNH he received a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology along with a minor in Business.
He played hockey, baseball, and ran track and field at Governor’s. While attending UNH and then upon graduating Rob completed two extensive internships with Athletic Performance Training in Falmouth, MA and Mike Boyle’s Strength & Conditioning in Woburn, MA.
After completing his internships, Rob moved to Denver, Colorado where he worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition Coach.
Rob has experience with athletes and adults of all ages and abilities from middle school athletes to professionals; including the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Eagles (AHL), NFL Combine Prep athletes, and the Denver Police and Fire Departments. He also worked with patients at the Center for Dependency, Addiction and Rehabilitation (CeDAR) while living in Colorado. Before coming to us, Rob worked in the Seacoast area as a privately contracted strength coach for two years.
Rob now lives in Seabrook, NH with his wife Tonicia and their five-year-old Rottweiler, Oliver Moose!
