Morgan

Morgan is a physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning coach with extensive experience training individuals of all levels and ages. Her passion for fitness and personal experiences with previous injuries drive her desire to help others optimize performance, stay healthy, and keep moving.

As an endurance athlete herself, she has seen the value of supplementing her runs and bikes with strength training to reduce injuries and improve performance. Using her clinical expertise, Morgan will help modify your programming in the gym to allow you to continue staying active and fit, even if an injury or setback arises. When not in the gym, Morgan can most likely be found outdoors hiking, camping, or by the ocean.
